What bookkeeping services do you provide?
Monthly bookkeeping, cleanup/catch-up for messy books, reconciliations, and clear financial reports you can actually use. If you’re not sure what you need, we’ll help you scope it quickly.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online (or Xero)?
Yes—most clients use QuickBooks Online, and we can also support Xero depending on your setup. We’ll confirm your tools, access, and workflow on the first call so onboarding is smooth.
How do you price your services?
Pricing is based on monthly transaction volume, number of accounts, and whether you need cleanup work. After a brief review of your current books, you’ll get a clear monthly rate (no surprise add-ons).
How quickly can you get started?
If your books are up to date, we can typically start within 1–2 weeks. For catch-up projects, we’ll share a timeline after we see how many months need to be brought current.
What do you need from me each month?
Usually: bank/credit card access (or statements), any sales platform reports (Stripe, Shopify, etc.), and answers to quick questions about unusual transactions. We keep requests minimal and organized.
